Good Morning to y'all. Hope your day's going great.
I was making pap and bean cake (akara) this morning and I
thought about the wonderfulness of African dish; Nigeria to be precise. When my
sisters and I watch korean movies, we often fall in love with their sumptuous
meal... and italian dishes whoo! They're mouth watery. But have you ever
studied the uniqueness of Nigerian dishes???
I grew up in the southern part of Nigeria and thir soups are
just 'wow' ranging from the oha to the native, ogbono, bitterleaf, okazi,
edikang ikong, white soup, banga... and a host of others. I recently read an
interview of Chris Attoh; the Ghanian
actor and when asked of his best food, he said that it is the Nigerian
efo riro. Who can deny the sweetness
of ikokore, yam porridge and countless of other appetizers. Just to water your
mouth a bit this morning.
Well, the week is already at its peak. Actualize your dreams
by starting with the smallest of things. Achievements doesn't blow up in a
second. We all know that Rome wasn't built in a day.
Have a lovely Friday!
