Pancake is a lovely snack that is appetizing and sumptuous. Never tried it before? If no, we've gotten the perfect recipe. Tried it? It's fine, you'll find a lovelier recipe.

- 11/2 cups of milk
- 2 or 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 2 tsp of butter/vegetable oil
- 2 cups of self-rising/all- purpose flour
- 5 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of salt

Preparation Method.
A. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until creamy. Add in the dry ingredients (including baking soda; that's if you're using self-rising flour) and do not stir.

B. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Ensure that it is completely melted.

C. Add the butter and milk to the mix. Stir gently, leaving some small clumps pf dry ingredients in the batter. Do not blend until it is completely smooth. If the batter is smooth, your pancakes will be tough and flat as opposed to fluffy.

D. Heat the frying pan to a medium low frame.

E. Sprinkle a few drop of water onto your pan. If it jumps from the pan, then it is ready for the batter.

F. Pour 3 tsp to 1/4 cup batter from the tip of a pitcher onto the hot griddle or greased frying pan.
The amount you pour will decide the final size of your pancakes. It is best to begin with less batter and then slowly pour more batter onto the pan to increase the pancake size.

G. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the pancake is golden.

H. Cook the other side until its golden and remove form fire.

I. Enjoy with peanut butter, syrup, jelly, chocolate chips, cookies, candy, fruits or crumbles.
